10 Jun Free – the film
The Eastern Townships Premiere of the film “FREE”, by Hélène Bélanger-Martin, took place at the Vieux Clocher in Magog on May 15th. A full house, enthusiastic audience, warm applause, it was a beautiful moment! The celebrations continued on the terrace of the Caffuccino and at the gallery. A big thank you to the friends of the gallery who took part in this great event!
We would also like to thank Nathalie Pelletier, Mayor of the City of Magog, for honouring us with her presence, as well as City Councillor Josée Beaudoin and Marie-Michèle Walker, Director of Culture, Library and Heritage.
The film FREE will be on tour this fall throughout Quebec. If you are interested in seeing it or viewing it again, please note that there will be a screening at the Cinéma de Magog on Thursday, October 6th. The exact time and the link to get tickets will be announced on the film’s Facebook page and in our September newsletter.
